OPERATIONS AND FINANCE
Five departments are included in the Operations and Finance division:
- Administrative Services maintains all of our campus facilities. It also provides provides printing, mail and food service, maintains the corporate warehouse and controls all purchasing of materials and services.
- Accounting receives all payments to the company, pays company bills and maintains budget and cost controls.
- Corporate Audit reviews internal functions to make sure the company is operating efficiently and meeting standards set internally or by the Blue Cross Association. Corporate Audit also monitors and investigates all corporate activity in order to recommend improvements and to detect cases of fraud.
- Finance is responsible for strategic sourcing and supply chain management, financial systems administration, plan performance analysis, business continuity management, and business architecture.
