USA TODAY Recognizes Louisiana Blue Among Top Companies in the Nation for Exceptional Customer Service

(Baton Rouge, LA) — Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana is proud to announce that it has been nationally recognized for exceptional customer service by USA Today’s America’s Best Customer Service 2025.  

Louisiana Blue was one of five Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans named among the top 600 companies in the nation for customer service. Customer votes determined the top companies for this recognition.

USA Today highlights companies that excel in delivering the best customer experience. Companies were evaluated using a variety of measures, including public data and a large-scale confidential, online survey conducted among U.S. customers. The publication polled more than 67,000 customers across the country on how companies performed on friendliness and appreciation of customers, professional competence, customer service, availability and accessibility, solution speed, solution orientation, transparency and reliability.
